Construction of An Aged Care Leisure Precinct Facility
PROJECT DESCRIPTION
lol英雄联盟积分新版v3.5(lol英雄联盟季节今日可靠) has been awarded the contract to contract a new Leisure Precinct at Stockland’s Halcyon Rise lifestyle community.
The facility is structured across one level and comprises two
interconnected buildings, a swimming pool, sports facilities, adjacent car park and connecting paths.
The buildings are home to a range of facilities for residents to enjoy including a function room, kitchen, a media room, lounge, library, gymnasium, creative room, salon, wellness treatment rooms, sanitary facilities an communal rooms and spaces.
The construction method for the facility will consist of waffle pods
and structural steel frames, a steel roof structure complemented with Colorbond roofing and cladding.
OVERCOMING CHALLENGES
The project will be constructed within a Stockland development and will therefore require coordination with their trades and machinery movements.
